Plain English, and short on purpose.

Crewfile is made by Winspire Tech LLC. The sale itself is handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our Merchant of Record — they are the seller on your receipt, they take the payment, and they collect and remit any VAT or sales tax due. Their buyer terms cover the transaction; these terms cover the product.

A one-off payment of $39 buys a personal, non-exclusive licence to the Crewfile pack: 80 curated Claude Code agents organised into categories, the crewfile command-line installer, and a licence key that unlocks both.

Use it on as many of your own projects as you like — personal, commercial, client work, all fine. If you’re buying for a team, buy a key per person.

Your key activates on up to 3 machines. Replacing a laptop or need a fourth slot? Email us and we’ll free one up — this is a limit to stop key-sharing, not to catch you out.

Don’t publish, sell, or share your key. We can deactivate a key that turns up in public or is clearly being passed around, and if we do, no refund.

This matters and we want to be straight about it. The individual agent files come from open-source projects released under the MIT licence, and buying from us does not take away any of your MIT rights to those files. You can modify them, use them commercially, and redistribute them — as MIT allows, and subject to keeping the copyright and licence notices intact. Every file we ship carries those notices already. Sources and full licence texts are on the credits page.

What we own is the work you actually paid for: the selection of 80 agents out of 696, the categories and ordering, the written copy, the installer, and the licence system. That compilation is protected in its own right, separately from the MIT files inside it.

So please don’t:

• republish or resell the pack as a pack, free or paid, under any name;
• share your licence key or the installer’s paid download;
• train a product that reproduces the curation, or use it as the basis of a competing bundle.

Lifetime updates are included: when we add or replace agents, your existing key gets them via crewfile update, at no extra cost, with no renewal and no expiry on your key.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, which is honest rather than evasive — we can’t promise to be shipping updates in 2040. If we ever stop, your copy keeps working and stays yours; the files are on your machine and nothing phones home to switch them off.

You need Claude Code and your own Anthropic account — Pro, Max, Team, or API billing. That’s not included here and we don’t resell it. The agents use Claude Code’s subagent format and won’t work in Cursor, Copilot, or ChatGPT. We say so on the sales page and in the FAQ; buying anyway is not grounds for a complaint, though it is grounds for a refund under our refund policy.

The pack is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The agents are prompts. They steer Claude towards better output; they cannot guarantee it. Claude can be confidently wrong, and an agent doesn’t change that.

This applies with particular force to the security, compliance, and payments agents. A run of the security auditor is not a security audit. The GDPR agent is not legal advice. The payments agents are not financial or PCI compliance advice. Review everything these agents generate before you ship it, exactly as you would code from any other source. You remain responsible for what goes into your projects.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Crewfile is capped at the amount you paid for it — $39. We’re not liable for lost profits, lost data, downtime, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you bought as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by any of this.

Crewfile is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC. Claude and Claude Code are Anthropic’s trademarks, used here only to describe what the product works with.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force for you is the one published on the day you bought, so a later change can’t retroactively narrow what you were sold. Material changes get a new date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, whose courts have jurisdiction. If you bought as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country’s mandatory consumer law.
